Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping to specific provinces/towns/post codes in Papua New Guinea which are Port Moresby (121), Kokopo (613), Lae (411), Tabubil (332), Mt. Hagen (281), Goroka (441), Madang (511), and Kimbe (621). Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped via CAL Logistics PNG. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- 5KG or less: Fixed rate of K66.
- Orders over 5KG: Charged based on K66/5kg rate.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
Process for Refunds

- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
